Following its Annual General Meeting held on June 16, Evol is pleased to unveil the composition of its Board of Directors for the 2025–2026 term—marked by the arrival of new, engaged and inspiring voices.
We are thrilled to welcome France Desharnais (corporate director), Fabienne Lacoste (corporate director), and Stéphanie Robichaud (General Manager at Allard, Allard et associés inc.). Their rich experience will strengthen the board’s collective expertise and bring valuable, diverse perspectives to the heart of our governance.
We are also proud to announce the renewal of Nadia Martel’s mandate as Chair of the Board. Her impressive background in law, management, and technological innovation continues to be a tremendous asset to Evol’s governance. As a founding partner of Fonds i4 Capital, Nadia brings insightful leadership that is fully aligned with our vision for a more inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurial landscape.
“The Board of Directors is a key driver in fulfilling our mission. We thank each member for their trust, their diligence, and their commitment to contributing to this important societal transformation. Their strategic engagement is essential to fostering a more inclusive, sustainable, and human-centered entrepreneurship across Québec,” concludes our President and CEO, Géraldine Martin.
