Evol is proud to present its 2024-2025 annual Impact Report—a flagship publication that highlights the tangible outcomes of our actions across Québec’s 17 regions. This report sheds light on the financial, human, and social impact of our organization on local entrepreneurs.

Impact at the heart of our mission

In 2024–2025, Evol played an active role in Québec’s economic vitality by granting $9.21M in loans, generating $37.16M in investments, and supporting the creation or maintenance of over 1,054 jobs.

On top of that, 1,415 entrepreneurs received personalized support, and our team handled over 12,000 inquiries: solid indicators of our on-the-ground presence and our structuring role in Québec’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Behind these figures are inspiring projects, bold ambitions, and a shared determination to build a more equitable and sustainable economy.

From ideas to impact: supporting entrepreneurs differently

At Evol, we believe that entrepreneurial success depends as much on access to financing as on the quality of support. That’s why in 2024-2025, we delivered more than 13,500 hours of personalized guidance to the entrepreneurs we support— resulting in meaningful exchanges that fuel reflection and drive action.

Meanwhile, our online toolbox and training activities drew over 12,000 engagements, highlighting a strong interest in practical, accessible, and field-aligned content.

With a 92% satisfaction rate, our approach proves its relevance: beyond financial support, Evol builds lasting, human-centered relationships. Our team acts as a true growth partner, driven by a sincere desire to help every entrepreneur realize their full potential.

A model aligned with today’s challenges

The 2024–2025 report reaffirms the relevance of Evol’s impact model, rooted in inclusion, sustainability, and resilience. All financed businesses have committed to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and 47% have now reached an advanced level of sustainability maturity.

Guided by the belief that everyone should have an equal chance to succeed, 87% of our impact capital was invested in businesses owned by at least one woman, and 38% in businesses led by entrepreneurs from underrepresented groups.

This report also features several inspiring businesses supported by Evol. Their journeys show that impact is not just an aspiration—it’s a transformative force and a true driver of Québec’s future. Evol: where equity is the standard, and impact, our legacy.
