Following our Annual General Meeting held on June 16, 2025, we are pleased to present the composition of our Board of Directors for the 2025–2026 term.
We are proud to confirm the renewal of Nadia Martel’s mandate as Chair of the Board. With over 25 years of experience in law, management, and technological innovation, Nadia embodies visionary and committed governance. As a founding partner of Fonds i4 Capital, she continues to inspire our organization through her insightful leadership focused on impact and sustainability.
We are also delighted to welcome three new board members: France Desharnais (corporate director), Fabienne Lacoste (corporate director), and Stéphanie Robichaud (General Manager at Allard, Allard et associés inc.). Their complementary expertise will further enrich the diversity of skills that strengthens our governance.
