Biography
Margaux Villiet is a labour lawyer and a mediator accredited by the Barreau du Québec. With a bachelor’s degree in law from Université de Montréal, she has over ten years of experience in labour relations, disability management and organizational well-being. She has practiced both in-house and in law firms, and she regularly leads legal workshops with a range of audiences. Her mission is to foster healthy, fair and respectful workplaces by focusing on conflict prevention and public legal education.
