Biography
Amélie Mongrain supports individuals and organizations on a daily basis in implementing practices that foster a workplace culture conducive to work-family and personal life balance, particularly during the transition to parental leave. She founded Ella Conseils in 2023 following her first parental leave, with the goal of supporting the careers of expectant and new parents.
Amélie has had the privilege of coaching more than 50 new parents, employees and entrepreneurs alike, through their transition to parental leave and/or their pursuit of work-life balance. Before founding Ella Conseils, she worked as a change management consultant for nearly 10 years. She also holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from HEC Montréal.
