Biography<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With bachelor’s degrees in applied science and law, Pierre began his career as a forestry engineer, before going into private practice as a lawyer, teaching university and serving as vice-president of legal affairs in a litigation division of a publicly traded (TSX) manufacturing multinational.
His wide-ranging areas of expertise include:
Mergers and acquisitions \/ Commercial litigation, strategy and negotiations \/ Ethics, governance and sustainable development \/ Intellectual property \/ Commercial and corporate contracts \/ Protection of personal information.
He volunteers as a consultant for Catalyste +.
