Through a recent partnership agreement with the Fonds d\u2019action qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable<\/a>, our teams are joining forces to increase the number of Quebec entrepreneurs on the path to sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cornerstone of this partnership was laid Thursday, February 16, in our Qu\u00e9bec City regional office, with an interactive activity called Passage \u00e0 l\u2019action, or taking action, bringing together entrepreneurs from different horizons and sustainable development experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Forum was a big success, gathering seasoned, dynamic specialists, such as Audrey Lanier and Fatao Traor\u00e9, circular economy advisors, Sarah Gauthier-Kirouac, HR management and eco-friendly and organizational practices improvement advisor, and Jean-Charles Vandenberghe, Myriam Fortin and Jordane Deschamps, Ecoleader agents.
The activity was structured around two joint development sessions, focusing mainly on circular economy principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, the main objective was to foster the integration of sustainable development in businesses in the region and help make connections between entrepreneurs to establish solid networks of people who share the same values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many Capitale-Nationale entrepreneurs accepted the invitation, and the opportunity to discuss with peers was greatly appreciated. \u201cWhat I valued most was meeting and talking with other entrepreneurs supported by Evol who share my values and who have the same challenges. It was motivating,\u201d said B\u00e9atrice Amyot from the company R\u00e9\/forme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was the case for a number of entrepreneurs that Evol has the pleasure of supporting, such as M\u00e9lissandre Reffo (Esprit de famille), Anick Tardif (Groupe Toumoro Inc.), B\u00e9atrice Amyot (R\u00e9\/forme), Andr\u00e9e-Ann Adam (Animora Inc.), Marie-Ren\u00e9e Grondin (Timininous), and Marie-Pier Catellier (ManyWake). Our regional director for Capitale-Nationale, No\u00e9mi Harvey, as well as Marilyne Simard, sustainable development coach at Evol, were also on hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supported and coached by the experts from the FAQDD, guests openly discussed their ideas and experiences, and pooled their intelligence to arrive at innovative solutions for taking action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe activity was enriching and a potential catalyst, allowing us to develop avenues for concrete solutions in sustainable development, in addition to creating beneficial ties between regional businesses being financed,\u201d said Marie-Ren\u00e9e Grondin, Timininous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The entrepreneurial community is increasingly positioning itself as an agent of change and integrating environmentally responsible values to business models. This shows the desire of Quebec businesses to create a more equitable, sustainable, and inclusive economy. This is why Evol and FAQDD are committed to supporting these initiatives and contributing to the development of tomorrow\u2019s environmentally responsible businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
