The Rendez-vous Réseau Mentorat 2022 offered inspiring talks and interactive workshops with a unifying theme: the human entrepreneur.

This important entrepreneurial event was held at Montréal’s Hôtel Bonaventure on November 15. Our CEO Sévrine Labelle was invited to share her experience as an inspiring leader during a lunch-time conference with the theme of the human entrepreneur.

Many entrepreneurs expressed their desire to learn more about the subject and contributed their enthusiastic presence.

Our CEO, along with seven other leaders from Québec and the francophonie, expressed their thoughts on three main themes: Women in Leadership, Leadership and Diversity, and Leadership and Growth.

It was an opportunity for Sévrine Labelle to talk about her experience and her empathy-based leadership style, which gave rise to Evol’s unique management model.

Our CEO also took the opportunity to talk about the values of empathy, excellence, and cooperation that have been behind Evol’s success. She reiterated that by having a clear, inspiring mission with strong, mobilizing values and showing trust in employees by giving them the freedom to fulfill their potential, we can accomplish great things.

Réseau M’s mission is to give entrepreneurs access to mentors in a research-based framework inspired by best practices.
